About the position

The Sheetmetal Fabricator position at Lead Marine involves working on Naval Bases and Shipyards in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities

• Rip out old sheet metal such as bunks, tables, benches.
• Repair and install sheet metal ventilation systems, etc.
• Work with apprentice and helpers to install new sheet metal parts.
• Make sure worksite and areas are clean of construction debris.

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of construction, sheet metal or shipyard experience.
• Must be willing and able to work as a team.
• Candidates will be required to get Naval Base Clearance.
• Must have knowledge of the various types of metals and sizes.
• Must have basic tools of the sheet metal trade.
