About The Position

The mission of BAC is to provide persons with disabilities innovative services and opportunities to achieve personal success. The position involves performing shelf stocking duties at the designated site in an efficient and effective manner, reporting to the site leadership team.

Requirements

• No minimum experience is required.
• Must be able to pass a background screening for access to the work areas.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wipe clean empty shelf areas to assure they are free from debris and dust.
• Check UP labels are correct on the shelf and matches stock.
• Rotate merchandise on the shelf using a first-in/first-out (FIFO) system.
• Remove damaged goods from shelves to the rework cart.
• Place all empty boxes and trash in designated area for removal.
• Maintain supplies and equipment under established procedures.
• Maintain worksheet for cases stocked and hours worked in specified aisles daily.
• Perform other specified tasks as requested.
