About the position

We are seeking two Shift Coordinators to join our team for a high-impact test operations project at Information Technology Solution Providers Inc. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers and pre-labelers during each shift. The Shift Coordinators will be cross-trained as drivers and pre-labelers, providing operational backup as needed and managing on-site logistics. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge test operations for software-defined vehicles, allowing you to work closely with a dynamic and innovative team. As a Shift Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of drivers and pre-labelers from the start to the end of each shift. You will ensure smooth shift transitions and monitor shift performance, acting as a backup driver or pre-labeler when necessary. Collaboration with the overall project coordinator will be essential as you manage daily tasks, timesheets, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will assist with resolving technical issues and coordinating vehicle maintenance, handle data copy and transfer tasks during the shift, and support on-the-job training for new team members. Effective communication with the project manager regarding operational updates and any shift-related issues will be a key part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of drivers and pre-labelers from the start to the end of each shift.
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions and monitor shift performance.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
