Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective work shifts.
• Ensure Team Members complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe working environment for Team Members and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Quickly resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Provide constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
