Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in the absence of management.
- Engage customers and assist with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Coach team members on customer service best practices.
- Hold store keys and manage cash register operations.
- Assist with vendor deliveries and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing compliance.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities as needed.
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
- Support execution of the Pickup program.
- Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
