About the position

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in the absence of management.
  • Engage customers and assist with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coach team members on customer service best practices.
  • Hold store keys and manage cash register operations.
  • Assist with vendor deliveries and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing compliance.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities as needed.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Support execution of the Pickup program.
  • Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products.

Requirements

  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
