The Shift Lead is responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective work shifts.
- Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties.
- Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and positively.
- Provide constructive feedback to Team Members.
- Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
- Adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
