About the position
The Shift Lead at Taco Bell is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader by managing work shifts effectively and ensuring that the restaurant meets Taco Bell's operational standards. This role involves problem-solving, guiding team members, and creating a positive work environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
- Take ownership to solve problems and contribute to solutions.
- Ensure team members complete assigned tasks.
- Serve safe, quality food with a customer-focused attitude.
- Create a welcoming environment for team members and customers.
- Solve customer complaints and work to win them over again.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain open and honest communication with the Restaurant Leadership Team.
- Follow safety, security, cash management, inventory, and labor policies.
Requirements
