About the position
The Shift Leader at Papa John's plays a crucial role in assisting the General Manager with the overall management of restaurant operations. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality products and services are delivered to customers while maintaining restaurant profitability. Shift Leaders are expected to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing all functions of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
- Manage operations to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
- Lead a team of 8 to 15 or more during shifts.
- Demonstrate dependability and urgency in achieving results.
- Oversee cash management and financial transactions.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work various shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- High School diploma or GED.
