Responsibilities

  • Assist store management in daily management responsibilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist in sales and processing of items.
  • Open and close cash registers, counting money and balancing cash drawers.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and maintain safety logs.
  • Attend required training and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
  • Report any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
  • Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED preferred.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language required.
  • Reliable transportation and communication required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
