About the position

The Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's is responsible for supporting the management team in running the assigned location effectively. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant. The Shift Leader also plays a key role in coaching staff, enforcing policies, and participating in marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• ServSafe Certification - Food Handler
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Reliable transportation
