About the position
As a Shift Leader for Little Caesars, you will oversee shift operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, driving sales performance, and executing brand standards. In the absence of the manager, you will lead the team to deliver outstanding service while adhering to operational policies and procedures. This role involves managing team tasks, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining product quality, all while promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks such as cleaning and line duties.
- Provide feedback and training to team members.
- Utilize the huddle board to effectively position the team.
- Ensure compliance with personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures.
- Execute all security procedures, including safe and opening/closing procedures.
- Transition into opening and closing duties as required.
- Deliver exceptional guest service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
- Manage and organize the line, delegating duties to team members.
- Uphold standards for product quality and safety.
- Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions.
- Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash during shifts.
- Count drawers and follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Complete additional e-learning as required.
Requirements
- Great communication skills to effectively interact with guests and co-workers.

- Ability to work as a strong team player.
- Capability to train and coach others effectively.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
