About the position
The Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs is responsible for supporting the management team in the daily operations of the restaurant. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The Shift Leader will coach staff, handle cash, enforce policies, and participate in marketing initiatives, all while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Ability to move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance
