Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant or catering service to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage food production processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Train new staff on operational procedures, POS systems, and customer service expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Experience in catering operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management practices.
• Background in hospitality management or restaurant management is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
