Responsibilities
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts.
- Taking ownership of the restaurant by solving problems, but seeking help when needed.
- Making sure Team Members are completing assigned duties and are serving quality product.
- Participating in all Team Member responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with Taco Bell menu and operations.
