The Shift Leader at WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a pivotal role focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring operational excellence. The Shift Leader is responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing training to team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a great experience.
- Educate team members on assisting customers with car wash options, memberships, and wash books.
- Guide customer vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the car wash, tunnel, back room, vacuum lot, and entire property at all times.
- Actively pursue personal and professional growth to prepare for advancement to Store Manager or General Manager roles.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- A strong desire to serve others and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
