About the position

Shift Leaders are the decision makers who impact store operations and how the shift runs. Ensuring that every customer is receiving that C.A.R.E. ("Customers Are Really Everything") level of service. Shift Leaders focus on the key elements of the Dunkin' Donuts operational drivers, which include fast, friendly, and energetic service, quality control of our great products, including our own "Americas Best Coffee," which is brewed fresh every 18 minutes! Crew deployment, drive thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and red book execution are also key responsibilities. Being a team player who can jump in wherever needed is essential. Goals and Objectives: To develop your management skills by supporting and being an integral part of a great store Team. Help support the General Manager by leading the Team and nurturing their talents. Exceed our loyal customers' expectations.
