About the position

As an Hourly Shift Leader at Papa Johns, you will be responsible for leading a restaurant team to ensure customers receive a world-class service experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills and solid problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as these are peak times for the restaurant.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
