About the position

The Shift Leader at Dunkin' is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, coaching Crew Members, and ensuring that operational Brand standards are met. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, setting goals, and motivating the team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards.
• Delivering a great and friendly guest experience.
• Setting goals and providing job assignments to team members.
• Motivating others and celebrating successes.
• Providing timely feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction and service speed.
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Work well in a team environment.
