The Shift Leader is responsible for guiding team members, ensuring a safe work environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective work shifts.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe environment for Team Members and customers.
• Provide guidance and direction to subordinate employees.
• Solve problems with a positive attitude and seek help when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees.
