About the position
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees during assigned shifts at Wingstop. This role ensures that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
