About the position
The Shift Leader at Dunkin' is responsible for overseeing the operations of the store during their shift, ensuring that team members deliver high-quality service and adhere to operational standards. This role involves coaching crew members, managing cash handling, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards to provide an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach Crew Members to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards.
- Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.
- Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
- Handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.
- Availability on weekends.
- Experience in cash handling management.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
