Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks including planning for each shift.
- Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
- Monitor safety, security, profitability, communication, and teamwork.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
