Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and adheres to maintenance and food safety guidelines.

- Remain calm and utilize knowledge to resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns.
- Provide coaching and positive feedback to team members for their professional development.

Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
- Strong people-oriented relationship skills and foundational professional skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food items.
- Demonstrated drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Valid driver's license and adequate driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
