About the position
Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager for Taco Bell. This position requires individuals who are at least 18 years old and are motivated to support the Management Team in running great shifts while meeting Charter Foods and brand standards. As a Shift Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to lead your shift, ensuring that Team Members complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner, while also maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during shifts with a positive attitude.
- Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties.
- Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Basic business math and accounting skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate the team.
