About the position
Growing McDonald's restaurant company hiring 5-10 motivated, customer-obsessed leaders looking to grow in our newly modernized restaurants. We are looking for highly motivated leaders, who are looking for a chance to grow with our restaurant company. We believe education is important, we will strive to be teachers and coaches to help develop each individual to the best of their ability. We do not require any type of formal education prior to obtaining the position, we have the ability to provide all of the training and education you will need to become successful in your endeavors with our organization. All managers will assist in leading shifts and the team to deliver great quality food, fast with high levels of hospitality and a reasonable profit. Once you've mastered running a great shift, then we'll work to develop you to run one of three departments in our operation, Kitchen/Quality, People, Guest Services/Hospitality.
