About the position

In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, engage in marketing, and focus on profitability. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ensure excellent customer relations and service.
- Handle staffing and paperwork related to the shift.
- Maintain food management and adhere to company standards.
- Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image.
- Ensure attendance and punctuality of team members.
- Manage transportation to/from work for team members.
- Maintain store cleanliness and engage in marketing efforts.
- Focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of restaurant experience (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
