About the position
Join the #1 Pizza Company. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, engage in marketing, and focus on profitability. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ensure excellent customer relations and service.
- Handle staffing and paperwork related to the shift.
- Maintain food management and adhere to company standards.
- Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image.
- Ensure attendance and punctuality of team members.
- Manage transportation to/from work for team members.
- Maintain store cleanliness and engage in marketing efforts.
- Focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of restaurant experience (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
