Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and manage a multi-million dollar business using business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Engage and nurture talent within the team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring the team to achieve results and maintain high standards.

Requirements

  • One year of retail or customer service management experience, or two years preferred, or 4+ years of US Military service.
  • One year of experience supervising others, including team building and coaching.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
