About the position

As a Taco Bell Restaurant Shift Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing work shifts and ensuring that Taco Bell standards are met. This role involves taking ownership of problem-solving, guiding team members, and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Run effective work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members complete assigned duties and serve quality food.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and positively.
• Provide constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Valid Drivers' License
• Reliable private transportation
• At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in food service
• Ability to perform basic business math
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Food service experience is a plus.
