About the position

The Shift Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth shifts and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager.
  • Assist the management team to ensure every shift operates smoothly.
  • Support team members through performance and training initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to keep customers returning.

Requirements

  • At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated examples of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
