About the position

The Shift Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth shifts and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves supporting the management team and assisting team members with performance and training initiatives, all while fostering a positive dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager.
• Assist the management team to ensure every shift operates smoothly.
• Support team members through performance and training initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to keep customers returning.

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
