About the position

The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an Arby's® restaurant by leading the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position involves guiding team members, maintaining operational standards, and providing training and support to ensure high-quality service and hospitality for guests.

Responsibilities

• Run excellent shifts and assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager(s) in restaurant operations.
• Guide Team Members and ensure adherence to operating standards.
• Train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests.
• Monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Reconcile cash and complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift 25 to 40 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
