About the position
The Shift Supervisor at Carrols is responsible for operating the restaurant in the absence of a manager, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading the team to success. This role involves managing daily operations, inspiring staff, and maintaining inventory while completing necessary paperwork to track the restaurant's performance. The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering quality service and upholding the Burger King brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
- Inspire and guide staff
- Complete daily paperwork to record restaurant success
- Manage inventory
- Lead daily shifts and wrap up the store at the end of the day
- Handle financials and issue/deliver deposits
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Physical ability to carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to remain on feet for several hours at a time
- Skills in counting money accurately
