Additionally, you may be tasked with meeting specific targets and helping your assigned areas achieve their goals. As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities will encompass food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew members, ensuring quality food production, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining safety and security, and training new employees. This position requires a positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial role.
