As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will play a crucial role in leading the team and ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team during shifts
- Ensure superior customer service
- Drive sales and profitability
- Train and develop team members

- Handle cash and financial transactions
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
