About the position

The Shift Manager at Popeyes (Aby Groups) is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members complete their assigned tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety. This role emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction and effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
• Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
• Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain high standards of service.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
