About the position

The Store Manager at Culver's is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage staff, handle customer interactions, and maintain financial performance. Responsibilities

• Run the shift while meeting all of Culver's standards.
• Ensure staff provides the highest quality customer service.
• Monitor overall financial performance of the store.
• Recruit and appraise staff.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
• Deal with customer complaints and queries.
• Oversee stock and pricing control.
• Maximize profitability and productivity.
• Motivate staff to meet sales targets.
• Set sales targets and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Prepare promotional displays and materials.
• Liaise with management regarding staff advancements and salaries.

Requirements

• ServSafe certification required.
• Experience in store management is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Numerical skills for managing budgets and financial records.
• Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
