Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
- Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who do not meet standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management.
- Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One year of cooking experience.
- One year of supervisory experience.
