About the position

The Shift Supervisor at Braum's is responsible for leading the store crew, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales through effective management of shift operations. This role involves teaching and coaching team members, overseeing food service functions, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong customer focus and work ethic with high standards for integrity.
• Ability to build a successful team and create an environment of trust.
• Effective communication skills with leadership team members.
• Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices/procedures.
