About the position

The Shift Supervisor at CVS Health plays a crucial role in supporting the store management team by driving store execution and performance. This position focuses on enhancing customer loyalty through excellent service and ensures smooth store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff, managing customer relations, and maintaining merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following Planogram (POG) guidelines.

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
