About the position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. Responsibilities

  • Lead each shift and manage store operations standards.
  • Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products.
  • Motivate and guide team members to create an uplifting experience.
  • Maintain an encouraging team environment and grow leadership skills.
  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security.
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year.
  • Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction.
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Experience with cash-handling and store safety.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
