About the position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
  • Experience delegating tasks to other employees.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cash-handling and store safety procedures.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new beverage recipes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
