About the position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. Responsibilities

  • Lead each shift and manage store operations to ensure quality service and product delivery.
  • Motivate and guide team members to create an uplifting experience for customers and partners.
  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Prepare and coach team members on beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic store environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
  • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
