About The Position
The Shift Supervisor at Trulieve plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and Assistant Managers by motivating and mentoring retail team members. This position is focused on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that Trulieve remains the top dispensary by providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
