About The Position

In this role, you will exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers. You will assist management in planning for the receipt of shipments, determining cost-effective receipt methods, and identifying any additional staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include processing shipments as they are delivered and ensuring that inventory records are properly maintained. You will direct the flow of merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor, ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room, and prepare items for immediate distribution to the sales floor. Additionally, you will organize stockroom departments by stocking merchandise and supplies appropriately, ensuring that aisles and exits are clear and that merchandise is stored according to company standards. You will also process inventory paperwork, maintain accurate records of merchandise stored at off-site locations, execute timely processing of donations and MOS merchandise, and pack and log merchandise as required for shipments. Keeping the stockroom clean and organized will be part of your daily tasks, along with completing tasks listed on the daily agenda or as assigned. You may supervise and train stock associates and assist on the sales floor as needed, while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures to minimize loss to the company.
