About the position

We are seeking full-time Shipping and Receiving Coordinators for our Health & Wellness facility in Carrollton, TX. This role involves working onsite and requires candidates to be available for an 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm, with a rotating schedule that includes weekend availability. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and an annual bonus, focusing on maintaining inventory accuracy and managing the shipping and receiving of pharmacy products.

Responsibilities

• Stock, sort, scan, and pack drug products.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and integrity of inventory.
• Receive and ship pharmacy products.
• Manage product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation and reports.
• Operate computer software and basic applications to track and identify products.
• Unload products from trailers manually or with powered equipment.
• Organize inventory and transfer them to production stations.
• Maintain records, logs, and forms such as shipping manifests.
• Ensure accurate packing and shipping of pharmacy products by packing prescriptions and scanning leaflets.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with accounting processes such as journal entries and profit and loss.
