Responsibilities
- Process and verify all paperwork for finished goods shipments to dealers
- Answer incoming calls
- Keep freight books up to date
- Invoice, print, and scan necessary paperwork
- Assist drivers with paperwork as needed
- Update spreadsheets periodically to ensure loads are invoiced promptly
- Scan in all signed paperwork and notify dealer of ETA
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
