About the position

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing packages at The Moscoe Group, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. This role involves coordinating deliveries between various office locations and retail clients, while also maintaining organizational standards and supporting the sales team with logistical needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship all incoming and outgoing packages between the Business Planning Center, Business Office, and retail clients.
• Manage the flow of activities and procedures to maximize shipping and receiving efficiency.
• Prepare labeling and shipping of outgoing packages, ensuring proper packing to prevent damage.
• Deliver samples to retail clients for imaging.
• Manage morning and afternoon deliveries between downtown and Minnetonka offices.
• Maintain and clean storage rooms and manage copy paper stock and recycling bins.
• Maintain wall nicks in hallways caused by moving samples.
• Assemble products as needed and set up in showrooms, returning items to vendors as directed.
• Develop strong relationships with internal team members and external clients.
• Contact building maintenance for cleaning and repair needs related to office space.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with internal and external business relationships.
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry, or pull between 15 - 300 lbs.
