About The Position

Tradebe is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to support safe, compliant, and efficient shipping operations within a regulated industrial facility. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented workers, forklift operators, and individuals looking to grow their skills in logistics and environmental services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Comfortable with basic math
• Able to read and apply SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading
• Able to work on-site and follow the assigned schedule and to read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials and palletize drums
• Support inventory control through scanning and documentation
• Enter information into our warehouse management system
• Follow all EHS, DOT, and RCRA regulations
• Other duties as assigned
