About the position

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt and distribution of shipments within the warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves logging shipments into the inventory system, preparing necessary paperwork, and creating shipping labels for both domestic and international shipments. The coordinator will also assist customers with inquiries and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log shipments into inventory database
• Partner with project support team to coordinate distribution requests
• Retrieve items from inventory to prepare distributions
• Prepare and print paperwork corresponding to distribution needs
• Answer customer questions and field requests as necessary
• Able to navigate our online inventory & shipping systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1 years' experience in shipping operations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Independent worker
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Nice-to-haves

• Smartsheet data entry experience
• SharePoint knowledge is a plus
