About the position
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the final stage of processing outbound freight for small auto parts. This role involves organizing and preparing products for shipping while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Process all outbound freight through the final stage.
- Break down pallets and separate individual part numbers into their own pallets or tote bins.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately pick products from shelves and prepare them for shipping.
- Ensure picked products are in good condition and not damaged.
Requirements
- Experience with RF scan guns.
- Strong attention to detail.
