Responsibilities

• Drive daily flow of work for shipping and inventory customer needs
• Responsible for daily product shipments
• Perform all inventory related work such as incoming product inspection, product returns, and preparing boxes
• Stock shelves with product and product-related supplies
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that critical products are not out of stock
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Work with production teams to identify product needs and ensure availability
• Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper product distribution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product storage, handling, and tracking
• Attend all scheduled meetings and appointments and maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management systems
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and other ERP Inventory experience
• Detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of Excel
• Experience with Adobe PDF and file storage discipline
• Medical device or pharmaceutical background or experience is a plus
